Please meet my guest Ginette Brown. She is a certified career coach and with 15+ years of experience in HR, she transitioned her focus to career counseling.  In 2014 she started the blog “Just got redirected” for those going through job loss to give them some support and resources and this blog eventually turned into her company.

Her passion is helping others with their career journey so their work is aligned with their authentic self and they can thrive in this area of their life.
