Please welcome my guest Jonathan McLean. He is an expert in the recruitment industry with regards to aesthetic healthcare. Jonathan has an impressive track record in the staffing and recruiting industry, with over 5 years of experience and generating net sales of over $1 million. He has extensive experience partnering with medical teams, developing organizations, and hiring top talent. In 2019, he founded Mclean Aesthetics, an organization exclusively dedicated to finding the best professionals in the aesthetic industry and placing them in medspas, dermatology, and plastic surgery offices.
Jonathan is passionate about business, entrepreneurship, and building a winning team. You can hear it when he’s speaking about his expertise. What I also loved about his story, is that McLean aesthetic healthcare consulting isn’t his first business. He actually started his entrepreneurial journey at a very young age, although he might not have recognized it as such. Jonathan shared a lot of wisdom, hopefully there are some golden nuggets for you as well.
