Five things you need to know to create a Highly Successful Private Practice
In their series “5 Things You Need To Know To Create a Highly Successful Private Practice”, Authority Magazine approached me to answer some questions. I hope the answers I gave will inspire you too..
An expert is not an entrepreneur
The problem with a lot of trainings is that you get trained to become a specialist in your field of work, or when you advance, even an expert. Yet entrepreneurship is a totally different game. You can be an expert in your field, but that’s only useful when you work in your business. When you want to grow your private practice, you need to work on your business and in order to do that, you need entrepreneurial skills. And I know, because I learned that the hard way.
I wish someone told and explained those tips to me when I started my private practice back in 2015. Unfortunatley, they didn’t and it took me some time to understand what it means to be an entrepreneur. I hope that by answering the questions in this interview I can shorten the learning curve for you and help you succeed much faster.
Here are my 5 things you need to know to create a highly successful private practice
The following 5 tips I shared in the interview that, in my opinion, will definitely make a positive difference in building your private practice:
Shrink your niche
Sell the end result, not the process
It’s not about you
Give temporary discounts
Don’t call yourself a starter or a new coach
In the interview I will explain each point, and give some other tips. Go ahead and click on the picture for the full interview:
