I remember when I started my first business in 2015, my funds were limited. I (thought I) couldn’t afford a coach, so I invested in lots of online trainings, all promising me massive results. “I have found the key to success, because as you can see, it definitely worked for me. And if I can do it, you can do it, because I’m nobody special. Just follow these steps.” (Sounds familiar? 😉 ). It wasn’t until end of 2017 that I started investing in a business coach myself that I made big improvements in my business and my mindset. So now you could call me a true believer.

In my opinion, every entrepreneur should invest in themselves and get a coach. You don’t see your own blind spots (I wonder why they are called like that 😉) and a coach helps you to reach your full potential. In sports, every successful athlete has at least one coach, why don’t we apply this in business?

But coaching is expensive?

It’s all relative! Yet a lot of coaching programs demand a big investment, especially year programs. I’m talking about 4-5 even 6 figure investments! And I can imagine you don’t have that amount of money laying around, wondering what to spend it on. Like I said, it’s all relative. When you spend 1 dollar and you gain 2, it’s good investment. When you gain 3 dollars, it’s an even better investment. Yet, first you have to spend the money in order to gain it, and when you don’t have the money, there’s nothing to spend. It’s a catch 22. Sounds familiar?

“Once I have enough income”

“Then I will hire a great coach that will help me grow and expand my business, take me to the next level”. That’s what I told myself a lot. I didn’t have the money to invest in myself. The sad thing is, the moments you don’t have the funds to invest, are the moments you need it the most! So how to overcome this catch 22?

That’s why I created the “Profitable Passion Inner Circle”, to give you the opportunity to profit from high level coaching for a fraction of the investment.

What is the Profitable Passion Inner Circle?

The Profitable Passion Inner Circle offers High Level coaching for an Entry Level investment. It is a community of likeminded people (Passionados) that want to grow together, develop themselves and their business and support each other to achieve everybody’s goals. It is subscription based with a monthly fee. In case you decide to sign up for a whole year, you get 2 months for free. When you can afford going out for dinner in a restaurant a month, you can afford this.

Below you will find the components of the Profitable Passion Inner Circle. Please bear in mind that the bigger the Inner Circle grows, the more content will be available and the more value you will get!

Q&A

Big part of the Inner Circle is the Q&A section. Think of it as online mastermind where you get feedback and answers on all your questions and challenges. We have 4 main topics:

Mindset
Business
Sales
Looking for Expertise

In case your question doesn’t fit any of those topics, there is a “general questions and challenges” topic. You will definitely learn from the feedback and answers and gain new insights from your fellow Passionados. Some discussions may instigate big conversations where everyone gains tremendous value and some may be more personal. Either way, you get a chance to post your challenges and help others with theirs. When the community feels a need for it, I can add other threads as well, like “looking for partnerships”, “in need for this expertise”, etcetera.

Live zoom sessions

At least once a month, you can join a live zoom meeting. Topics during the zoom session can cover (but aren’t limited to) an actual topic in the group, a live Q&A session, or a hot seat for one of the members. These sessions will be recorded, so in case you cannot attend, you can watch it afterwards in your own time. As the community will grow, I will invite guest experts to share their knowledge and expertise as well.

Matchmaking

We believe in the power of building connections. That’s why we offer the possibility of matchmaking. When you want to grow your network and meet other Passionados, you can sign up and each time you will be matched with a different member of the community. Bear in mind that the community exists of English speaking and Dutch speaking members.

Resources

Resources make us rich. With the right resources, we can get more done in less time; we can find people and programs and apps that make our businesses better and our lives easier. In the Profitable Passion Inner Circle, you will have the opportunity to gain and share resources, from professional service providers to technologies, insights, tips, tools and more that improve our efficiencies and make our entrepreneurial lives better. This is also where our recorded Zoom sessions will be shared, and where you can find our popular e-books on how to boost mindset and certainty, elevate your sales skills and own your place on LinkedIn. It is also an opportunity for you to share your e-books and programs to inspire your fellow Passionados. Online courses will also be shared here and all will be available for you.

Interaction between Passionados

The Inner Circle offers two main ways to communicate with other Passionados:

Voice rooms – you can hop on a voice room and start meeting other Passionados. when you’re familiar with Zoom, you can use the voice rooms as well. In my opinion, this is one of our coolest and most unique features. I think you’re going to grow to love it!
Direct messaging – you can send direct messages to other Pasionados by clicking on their profile and start chatting. You can attach files, photos and more.

Of course, you can also reply on a post, or attend one of the live meetings and when you sign up for the matchmaking feature, you will also meet other Passionados.

Access from anywhere!

You can access the Inner Circle from anywhere! Using the heartbeat platform, you can access the community three ways:

Web-based
Desktop-based by downloading a desktop app for your computer
App-based by downloading the heartbeat app on your phone or tablet.

When you join the Profitable Passion Inner Circle, you will find a guideline that will introduce you to all the features as well as a short video to show you around.

As mentioned, the more the community grows, the more value you’ll get. Without having to pay more.

Are there any requirements to join?

Yes. With regards to The Profitable Passion Inner Circle, it is intended for entrepreneurs. Yet when you have aspirations to become an entrepreneur, or you feel like an entrepreneur within your organization, you’re more than welcome to join as well and benefit from all the content and coaching inside. There is however a Code of Conduct which I require everyone to adhere to. The Inner Circle is a closed, trusted and safe environment in which each Passionado should feel comfortable to be vulnerable to ask any question. We support each other and in case somebody doesn’t act according to the Code of Conduct, appropriate measures will be taken with the last resort to remove someone from the community. That right is reserved for the administrators.

With regards to yourself, there is the requirement of 2 investments I need to address:

A financial investment of 97 Euros per month (excluding taxes). That’s about 10% of what I normally ask for my coaching services. In my opinion, it is low enough to enable more people to benefit from my services, and high enough to separate the bargain hunters from the truly motivated members. When you’re serious about your future and growth, I recommend signing up for a year, that way you get 2 month for free.
A personal investment of time. The only way I can guarantee you get worth your money, is when you get engaged and involved in the community. When you don’t ask questions, I cannot answer them. When you don’t challenge me with your issues, I can’t help you, and neither can the other passionados. So the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it, that’s my guarantee!
